Took me a week to get the bonus credited, then about 10 days to get paid. I did get paid though.

Just wondering if anyone is getting paid by this place. I made a cashout on Oct 4th, and I am still waiting. I have emailed them, but I get no response. They have a live support feature, but they are totally worthless.

Same here. I called customer service and all they said was the casino would process my cashout at its' leisure. I've pretty much resigned myself to thinking I'm not getting paid. I sure hope nobody did the bonus at this sleazy joint per my advice.
