moves at the table

I just read the post from m2d about "khaki hat" (who I assume is Tommy Angelo). Great post.

Does anyone know any other "moves" at the table, where players bet or raise in a funny manner? I recall a story about a guy who threw in a paper napkin with some chips rolled into it and the word "raise" written on it.

Any other funny stories?
