Was catching up on some reading yesterday, and noticed an article in a recent Forbes describing exactly Party's approach in their bonus emails:

It's a brief overview of the Taguchi Method of experimental design as applied to advertising, particularly (surprise) Spam.

I'm guessing somebody at Party reads Forbes...

Meh, Forbes isn't worth the paper that it is printed on.
