Sticky bonuses

I think there are 2 types of sticky bonuses. One allows you to cash out your deposit but not the bonus, the other removes your bonus upon any cashout. What are the optimal strategies for both. I presume for the first, you would meet the required wagering requirement then withdraw and try to double up, if you do you withdraw, rinse and repeat. What about the second type?

Bet everything on one hand.

1. If you win, flat bet small amount to meet WR.
2. If you lose, oh well, move on to the next casino.

The reason I say don't bet it all on one hand with BJ is that you won't be able to split/double, which raises the HA. I follow the information that Izverg at bonuswhores came up with regarding sticky bet size and setting a target based on your bankroll size. Search for "sticky target" at BW for more information.

I think it's not that much about the doubling, but about the not being able to split.
What do you do with AA or 88 when you cannot split. This would be really bad if you bet it all on one hand.
