Okay, I'm not sure yet where I'm going with this, or if I'm going anywhere at all. Comments, criticisms, flames, and recipes for tuna all welcome.

I take that to mean: "No more subjective than reality."

If I err, please correct.

Sorry bud, but I think he means -no more with the subject (topic).

I think he means that this topic has been beaten more often and less effectually than a stone pinata.

that's why I didn't answer, but Im pretty sure that's what he meant.

So, isn't that the case for all the religion items?

Or do I need a sexy giftwrapping, like, oh, would you let a dog die if it meant three loney guys could get blowjobs?

10-16-2005, 11:31 PM
Please don't take my post as malicious, because it wasn't meant to be. I guess because Im a newcomerI didn't realize it at first, but all these topics are dead.

It's funny, this forum has undoubtedly (collectively) the most intelligent posters... and yet the highest amount of redundancy as well.

oh and can someone throw me a bone and gimme a chuckle on the "stone pinata" line?

Honestly as to your poll, I don't feel intellectually qualified to answer.

The best way to eat tuna IMO is with whole wheat toast and thousand island dressing on the side. Tuna salad's not bad but then you're at the mercy of the preparer as to how thick he lays on the mayo.

Are you saying there can be too much mayo on a tuna sandwich? Not for me, Mr. P. (Rhyme intended).

2 cans Tuna
1 medium size onion, diced
2 hard boiled eggs, chopped
8 black olives, diced
1 large stalk celery, diced
2 Tablespoon mustard
1 teaspoon tabasco
1/2 teaspoon white pepper
1 finely chopped dill pickle
Mayo to taste

Butterfly wannabe,

I like your piñata joke not so much for the joke itself, but because piñatas like “no mas” are both Spanish. Very clever. (I would think our budding Spanish speaking student SDM enjoy it, too.)

(My alliteration was not intended, but worked out nicely, don’t you think? - no return applause needed - lol)

10-17-2005, 12:08 PM
hey hey... the pinata joke was mine!!....and if you were talking to me... why am I a butterfly wannabe?

Why?

What was the purpose of the post?

I'm enjoying this, TYVM. Took over 24 hours to get you all to start to loosen up a little.

The tuna things are all nice, BTW.

I’ve been trying to do that for some time now. But, my jokes didn’t always work. That must mean that you have a higher IQ than I do . Cf the High IQ and comedians threads here a few weeks ago. Or did we determine that IQ and comedy aren’t related? - I can’t remember. Actually, it isn’t a matter of me not remembering - I didn’t really follow the topic that much at the time.

I think believers are generally funnier than atheists, btw. But, I am biased.

Did you intend this as a "straight line"? It has a bit more EV as a "punch line".

lol, of course! /images/graemlins/smile.gif

I already admitted you are the funnier. Now you have to critique my attempt at humor? Give 'em an inch...

Now I know why you call yourself mosquito - pesky little bugger.

Btw, nice critique of my work; and you got spunk.

Too bad he has such a short life expectancy.

P.S. I would vote for atheists as funnier... by and large, they are better able to laugh at themselves.

Now, we have the subject for a real debate.

p.s. So Moth, how long do these pests live? Just kidding, mosquito.

10-17-2005, 08:29 PM
you know, now that I think about it, my sn is more of a short phrase.

be he moth?

it's all a matter of perspective.

p.s. according to google, "In most species, the adult life expectancy is from three to four weeks."

live it up buddy.

so.... just wondering how long till the mosquito joke is dead... Im running out of material, and I dont have shock paddles for joke resuscitation (good god, sp?)

There are several possible reasons for the choice of "mosquito"

a) he has a small 'stinger'
b) you don't know you've been stung, until you wake up itching.
c) noticed only as an annoyance
d) constantly thirsty for knowledge, the life blood of existence
e) you gotta be kidding me
f) none of the above - it's my secret.

10-18-2005, 02:25 AM
um, in this case, wouldnt "stinger" or "sting" be more appropriate than prick?

I know we're all stretching this to death, but it is nice to see some levity in this forum.

A stinger pricks. So techincally that would make me a pricker?

In any case, it was fun. The thread can die, whenever you all are through with it.

Best, moquito
