daryn gave me a great idea so I tried it but it did not work out as well as I wanted. But I think it would work great with a bigger picture as 80x80 is just to hard to work on.

i really like the lightning style that stuey made, i just think that after a few crashes of lightning, morphing into el D (maybe a modded scarier looking el D) would be cool

Here is a slower one. It is easy to change the speed so tell me if it is still not right as they seem to run at a different speed depending what comp I am using.

I don't think #1 will cut it. The rest seem OK to me but really this is Ma't domain and not mine. If you post in other forums beyond the OOT then you'll probably need to be more conservative than if you don't. But that's just my own opinion.

Well I'm falling behind but I'm not giving up. I'm pretty sure I can make mods on everyones avatar by halloween night. The more details you give me the better chance I won't make something that suks though. But come on lots of you out there are better with photoshop than me. I use Photoshop the most along with imageready. Also have something called Fantamorph. I am told the best tools is Ulead gif animator but I have not had the need or time to look into that one yet. I would like to hear what is the easiest way to do these as I am pretty much learning as I go.

Stuey, the stomping bear is awesome as-is. There's a list of all of the care-bears here (http://www.care-bears.com/CareBears/html/about/index.html), and I was thinking of some sort of parody (like the ones here (http://www.liquidgeneration.com/games/carebears.asp)) or maybe one with an upside-down heart on the chest saying "Evil" or "Hate" or something.

I think I'll keep the stomping bear as my normal avatar, though .. it's great.
