Turn: Q/images/graemlins/diamond.gif (5 players)
Hero checks.

River: 9/images/graemlins/club.gif (5 players)
Hero checks.

Final Pot:

Results in white below:
Hero has 9s 9d (four of a kind, nines).
UTG+1 has Qs Qc (full house, queens full of nines).
MP2 has Jd Jh (full house, jacks full of nines).
MP3 has 3h Qh (two pair, queens and nines).
CO has Th Tc (full house, tens full of nines).
Outcome:

I couldn't get the betting etc to covert so here is a synopsis. The turn river checks are calling the caps.

9TJ flop gives 3 sets, QQ over pair and open ended str draw to those seeing the flop.

Q on turn makes 3rd set.

9 on river completes 3 full houses and 4 9s.

$40 on .5/1 limit table.
