Just bought membership at a nearby gym for 1 year and man am I rusty. I could use some good execises, which is your favorite excersice?

...Its a freeweight(correct term?) gym..no fancy snot machines.

Keep your feet flat on the pedals or lift up on the balls of your feet like you're stepping?

Me too. I really prefer a stairmaster. The motion of these things is never right for my stride.

Hmm, that's what I was doing. Maybe too much though. Guess I'll try it again on Tuesday.

I've done stuff like this for getting lean and it's cooks off fat much faster than aerobics.
