I don't think I could have gotten villain out no matter how much I raised. But should I have tried and been more aggessive on the flop? Especially since I had the third highest flush with 2 cards to come.

Nobody's folding a big spade but that's fine. Your equity is huge on the flop. I'd raise there and get some bets in.

i think you should just raise the flop since the pot is decently large already.

Raise flop. You wont get a K /images/graemlins/spade.gif to fold but you have a very big equity edge in a multi-way pot.
