Opponent is loose and donky...cold calls 4XBB with T8.

Did I miss a value bet on the river?

Looks fine. I like checking the river to induce a bluff from A-high.

I check/call this all day.

He has what, $65 left? I'd just put him all in.

He is going to call with more hands than he'd bet himself on the river. I think you're letting off 66-TT way too easily if you check this river.

There are a lot of busted draws on the river. Checking might induce a bluff from one of them, or also from 66-TT.

If you think he'll bet more hands than he'd call with then why post it? You answered your own question. This is just a read based decision, you said loose and donk, not aggressive. So I suggested bet. I see one straight draw on the flop and possibly a turned flush draw, I wouldn't say there were a lot of draws out there.

I would raise to 15 preflop unless you were doing something that I sometimes do.

Check call is fine here imo.

Why 15?

3 limpers and you have terrible position. It's the standard raise in this spot.

Really? Flop was rainbow, and although connected, mostly low cards. Other than the gutshot A draw, doesn't seem like there are THAT many busted draws out there.
Thing is, if he's only got $65 or so left, seems like a bluff has too little fold equity. And I also think 66-TT are probably more likely to call a bet than to bet themselves.
Given the stack sizes, I put him in. Only thing this is worse against is a draw, and even if he has one there's a good chance he won't bluff anyways, given how little he has left.

Uh... can we discuss this a little? I love to coldcall 4xBB raises with T8s. It's a huge winner in my PT database.
