Preflop I put villain on a weaker Ace. I am OOP but I decide to just call the raise. I then go for check raise, but instead of pushing I decide to give him another chance to bluff, so I jsut minraise. Is this too fancy or rely on my read too much?

What makes you think villain has a weaker ace?

barring a really good read, I put dude on better than a weak ace here. And considering you have nothing I think you have to fold when he bets after that flop.
