6 person tourney
$10 buyin amongst friends most of whom are clueless about cards, calling big bets on each street w/ 33 on a board of all overs etc...
so prize pool is the following:
1st-$35
2nd-$20
3rd-$10
so we get down to three handed and im playin well aggressively stealin blinds and milking a guy named conner, the most clueless about cards...very passive somewhat loose plays strangely
chip stacks
conner-129
me-135
player #3-200
(blinds are 2/4)
i get 23o in the BB, conner calls, player 3 folds, i think and push figuring ill take the blinds + his call without question since he would need 1010+ or A10+ to justify a call tho he may even call with KQ or A5 now that i think more about it. neways he deliberates for over a minute and a half and eventually calls...
good or bad? too aggressive or simply donkeylicious?
comments appreciated

you pushed for 30bb w/ 23o?

Yea, not a winning play.

dude what are you an idiot? WTF do you accomplish by stealing 6 chips when you already have 30+ BB? And with 23o??? I mean come on.

so it was way too aggressive a play?
i felt he couldnt call with anything that he would have simply limped PF so in that sense it was +EV if he's calling with nothing
should i have just waited it out and milked him with good hands...is it really that painfully simple...is that how i should go about beating them...
i feel dumb for losing on that hand (as i should) but i dunno how he could justify calling with 95+% of his hands and even then my cards are live assuming he doesnt have ahigher pocket pair...i mean does it make sense to risk all his chips with 66 three handed and risk 2nd place...i dont understand his logic

He's not using logic, and you're using some FPS logic.

I believe the term is in the FAQ.
