Tournament vs Cash Game

Hey All..

I'm new to the 2+2 forums so I this is posted in the incorrect spot hopefully I'm not exiled.

I recently read Harrington on Hold'em Vol. 1 and am currently on Vol. 2. I plan on reading more poker books in the future. What I was wondering is if I could get any basic tips on transferring the tournament play information I learned from Harrington to cash game play.

Also, are there any books you suggest.

I think the info in vol 1 translates very well to NL cash game play, vol 2 deals more with short stacked situations so not so much.
