Just curious,
I am thinking of doing the $150 sign-up from Absoulte...
I'm a multi-tabler, but it's my understanding you can only play three tables on Absoutle. How long does this bonus take to clear from prior experince and is it worth doing? can it be whored at the .5/1?

Thanks guys,

G,

I only started playing at AP in the past couple of days, so take my review with a grain of salt. I 3-table at .5/1, and I find that it takes about 250-275 hands to clear $10. That makes it somewhat slower than Party but significantly faster than Stars.

It seems like half the micro-limit forum is playing there now.

sign up with an affiliate. You can get rakeback on top of bonus money and most affiliates offer a bonus of 35% up to $350.

Yes, you are right. You can only play 3 tables at a time on Absolute. It clears $10 at a time for every 100 player points. At .5/1 6max, it clears about $10-$13/hour at 3 tables simultaneously. Full ring will be a bit slower.

Here's how the points work:

You only need a $.25 rake on a hand at 2/4 and below to earn a point. So, 100 raked hands of $.25 or more = $10. It's roughly equivalent to a 10X bonus on party.

Here's a rake schedule

Oh yeah definitely be sure you get hooked up with rakeback.

Honestly, I don't understand how this site stays in business. After roughly crunching the numbers, they have to be losing money on low-level bonus whores.

Oh yeah...the rake is kind of only half of what it is at party if you dig through the rake schedule. They start grabbing earlier, but do so at a smaller percentage.
