Early in a $20 buy in multi table, blinds 10/20. In the BB, get pocket AA. 4 limpers, I raise to 50, everyone calls. Flop has two tens and a rag. At this point I am either way ahead or way behind. Am I better making a small bet to keep the action but risk someone with a ten coming over the top facing me with a very tough call, or making a big bet to see if anyone has the ten but if not, having everyone fold?

Make a small bet or check the flop. You might want to give people with over cards a chance to catch something. Making a large bet that is only going to get action if you are way behind is not useful.

Preflop with 4 limpers, you need to raise to more than 2.5xBB. A raise to 5xBB should be called.

Raise more pf. I'd go to 120 pf, even more if you have a loose table.
Ideally you want to get 2-3 of those limpers to fold and play your AA heads up.

Without knowing the stack sizes, it's hard to know how much room you have to play. Out of position (is the SB still in the pot?) with 5 players to that flop, I'd probably throw in a bet of 1/2 the pot and be content to pick it up right there.
