How do I protect myself here in case he has something?

Some of the hands have been crazy because of a few big stacks at the table. I've hardly been at the table 10 hands.

Villain in this hand just got done complaining about how aggressive the table is.

How do I interpret his bet? (I should have raised the flop a little higher as well, please don't reply in that manner, there's really no draws out anyway)

Im not sure what you're scared of here, I would say maybe a 9-ace if the table is super aggressive, or a couple of middle pocket pairs, which maybe hit a set. The 2 certainly doesnt scare you! I would raise up to 3-5 dollars, depending on how you read your opponents. You could just smooth call, but I think there's a very small chance you're behind here.

I like raising here. Mostly to see where you're at. It looks you could still be ahead. Not sure what the minimum bet means here. In my experience it's usually some sort of draw. The first call is meaningless since most players at these stakes will call a miniumum bet with next to nothing. Of course if you get re-raised you can probably lay it down depending on your read of your opponent.

re-pop it, decision becomes much tougher if he re-raises you, if he smooth calls, go for a cheap river showdown.

Now what?

how about $4? I'm guessing one of them just hit a pair of sevens, and you have the other guy outkicked.

I just call river

I have just as much problem trying to interpret these sort of bets. Villian could hold 87, K9 or 99. I like your play on the flop, I raise a little higher on the turn, and I'm then happy to check behind on this river with a nicely sized pot. I don't think anything that you can beat would call a river bet? Allthough this is Party NL25 so anything is possible!

This is the all too famous nl25 donk mini-bet. Enjoy it.

Hint: They think by being the initator that they can steal pots with these mini-bets because it works 1/25 times.

Hint: He could have anything.

Hint: Play the hand like it was checked to you.

Hint: Try not to get frustrated when there's 6 to a flop, you are second to act with a massive draw, and a donk mini-bets in front of you. Got to love these guys.

Raise turn more.
Value bet river 1/2 pot as these donks will pay off their K with worse kicker and even middle pair.
