hero needs to bet atleast 30+

if hero pots flop this is much easier, but now he just 2/3 pots it and takes it down.

Why 2/3? What do you take into account when determining a bet size?

What range of hands do you put button on?

It's hard to put button on a range given taht you haven't told us anything about him. His call on the flop gives you precious little information because you made such a small bet. If he's sane here I'd make almost a pot size bet here and fold if he comes over the top.

I was actually not hero in this hand, but here's some information:
Hero is agressive, and capable of raising a wide range to isolate an UTG limper. Button is loose passive.
