Selling my house this week. Wanted to offer it to 2+2ers at a discounted rate. This is your chance to live in Reggie Miller's neighborhood for just over a mill:

Couple of problems with this house:
#1 My next door neighbor's russian bride wife is an absolute nympho and I have given her permission to use our pool indefinitely. If you see a nude hot blonde babe out there a lot do not call me and complain.
#2 I think Reggie Miller is moving away. I saw a for-sale sign in his yard this morning so don't expect any 1 on 1 next summer.
#3 The boat out back is going with me. I can't let that go.

I personally don't know Reggie Miller. Its just a known fact that he's our neighbor. I think Jalen Rose still owns his house here. Not too many people can pay what he bought it for in this town.

It is cheap here. My place may be 3 million in Socal. You could get it for 1.1 mill here on 2+2, but only if you say that you saw it here first and promise you won't SII,MNWP until I leave town.

it better have over 5000 sq ft or in a damn good location

Cess Pool? Dude its the Geist Reservoir. Most prestigious place to live here. Just look up Indy on a map and look in the right hand corner (NE) and u will see the lake. Then look at the rest of the city. Its dry. Living on water is very big here because there are no real lakes here in central Indiana.

No offense, but your REALTOR should learn to take more flattering pictures.
Normally the front view is displayed first, and if I saw a front view like that and a list price of $1.1, I'd move on to the next listing.
From what I've seen (only 3 pics), the list price must be based primarily upon location, and not on improvements.
Kick your agent in the ass dude and get him/her to actually work for ya. I swear, in this day and age of e-commerce, real estate agents are really doing a shitty job.
