Well, you will be cutting 10 minutes off your life. But you probably won't be doing anything important in that time anyway, so I say go for it.

Didn't you have 'plumbing' problems earlier in the week?

Bad idea.

How could a corn dog ever possibly be a bad idea? /images/graemlins/confused.gif

Amen.

Golden yellow-brown, deep fried and delicious.

The key to any excellent corn dog experience is the sauce combinations.

A rookie will go with a gob of ketchup sitting next to a gob of mustard.

An intermediate level corn dog enthusiast will mix the two together. This can be a good time saving play.

The expert play is to eat two corn dogs, one with ketchup and hot sauce, the other with a spicy mustard.

You know, I normally come into threads with titles like this ready to auto-reply with "No", "Bad idea", or "You are an aweful person", whichever applies. However, when I came into this one, I had to think "how could a corn dog ever be a bad idea?" I believe the OP is misguided - not for the action he wants to take, but for ever thinking that this could be a bad idea. What fairy planted the idea into your head that a corn dog could ever be a bad idea?

This is a bad idea because pretty much everything on Nathans menus is better then the corn dog.

I've alluded to the Super Burger before being easily the most under-ratied burger evwer, spanning all categories.

the reason i wnet with corn dog is that i've had just about evrything else. (not the hot dog bites though) i did love the burger for quite a while but now i'm pretty sick of it.

the chicken fingers are my current favorite.

I don't get it? Kissing a total stranger can be lots of fun, assuming, of course that she wants to be kissed. Kissing a total stranger out of the blue without asking could get you in trouble, though.

Cleaning up kitty litter is a nasty job, but somebody's got to do it, and not cleaning it up is a really bad idea.

Since this is the closest thing to a lunch thread today I needed something special to help with the massive hangover I still have. I got Chipotle, steak burrito and I split a 4 pack of tacos (two chicken). During lunch I spoke about Nathans with my co-worker.

Dude, it's like I'm entering the second renaissance of my youth--not getting hungover.

The reason I say this is the bar up the street from me instituted a new policy for wednesday nights:

$3 Jaegerbombs and $2 beers. (bud, Bud Light, Miller, Miller Light, you get the gist)

So I had a sixer of shitty beer and about 5 JBs. I got 5 hours of sleep and felt like a [censored] superstar thursday morning.

I don't understand it, but I'm embracing it.

I thought I was going through this as well (I am 30), until last Saturday when I drank a 12 pack of Yuengling in 4 hours. I dry heaved 5 times Sunday.

Hmmm. It may be the red bull. I don't know.

I'd imagine if I drank a 12 pack and got all dehydrated I'd feel like [censored] too. (I'm also 30)

edited to add, I'm testing this theory again tonight at another bar. JBs for everyone, on me. /images/graemlins/grin.gif

It is hard for corn dogs to be a bad idea, but if your at nathans. I think so, just because the little corn dog bites taste the same but are more fun. Also Chili Cheese Dog >>> Corn Dog.

edit: You live in NY right, is this at the Coney Island nathans?
