Who is the best poker player in this forum?

Personally, I think this is the sharpest forum on 2+2. I am interested in who you consider the best player in this forum. I guess I'd vote Strassa or Bonomo.

Take a bunch of Mid-high NL/limit players and make them play SNGs and discuss strategy and take us and have us play Mid-high NL/limit and discuss strategy and I can guarantee you the majority of us will lose our asses and the other forum will succeed (although at a lower rate than they used to)

The reason you can't find it is because it was in a ridiculous thread that a moderator started. The moderator in question was then forced, rather embarrasingly for him /images/graemlins/grin.gif, to delete the entire thread after it got out of control, and i managed to make half the posters and moderator included look rather stupid. /images/graemlins/grin.gif

In answer to the question of am i the best poker player in this forum? Well, i be completely honest and admit yes, there is a strong possibility i am. I believe i'm potentially the best player in the world never mind this forum, and only inexperience is holding me back from the mantle. As i've always said, time will tell, and you'll all find out how good Stanzee really is.

Finally, in answer to whether i would beat the 9 best players in a SnG format? This i can't answer, as even i know anything can and will happen in a one off competition. If i was a bookmaker though then i would certainly make Stanzee favourite.

there is no way this forum trumps Mid-, High-Stakes PL & NL or Limit. i'm strictly a NL SNG specialist but i mostly read alot of their threads because of postflop reasons. it's no doubt in my mind that if alot of their players started focusing their efforts on NL SNGs [not that some already haven't], alot of players in this forum who are considered the best would be lower tier to mid tier rated.

I was thinking that this is the best forum on the Net for SNG people. As I'm not playing anything else at the moment, I never thought of other forums on 2+2.

haha, citanul didn't show up for a variety of reasons, including he was MOVING ON THE DAY OF THE HUC. other reasons included NOT BEING IN HE COUNTRY DURING REGISTRATION. yeah, i know, lame excuses. citanul doesn't think he should register for event #2 as he can't be sure he'll be able to make it =(. but he's thinking about it anyway.

citanul also doesn't actually think he's the best either sng player or "poker" player who posts routinely on this forum.

as for other things: freemoney does play quite well, though i've never finished below him in a sng i've played with him, and for some reason i stink at the 100s. but whatever. i don't really feel like divulging who i think is either the best sng player, the best sng mind, or the best poker player who posts here. i will however concur that this is not the strongest of the forums here in terms of either their raw "poker" knowledge, nor their ability to analyze their own game. on the side of this forum is the fact that we have a strong set of tools that can be used in order to come up with things approaching the "right" answer for many, many of the questions to be asked, which is much harder and more situational in the games discussed in other of the forums.
