If I sign up through an affiliate who offers rakeback and Party finds

If I sign up through an affiliate who offers rakeback and Party finds out will they cancel my account or just stop paying the rakeback? Of course my other dilema is if I sign up for rakeback who is to say the affiliate tells you rakeback has been stopped to them and they are just keeping the money somehow flying under the radar.

the worst they will do is shut down your affiliate and u'll have to open a new account with a new affiliate to get rakeback or just keep playing without rakeback
