PT Problem

I'm having a problem with importing hand histories from Poker Plex in to PT. I had this problem before and got an answer but I can find what it said to do. I get an error like "coundn't find end of game XXXXXXXX." in the error log. Does anyone know what needs to be done to allow the histories to be imported? Replies are much apprecitated. /images/graemlins/spade.gif

Yeah, it probably would be better. I'm just at work and can't get on the PT site so I figured I'd try my luck on here. It's bugging me because I've had this problem before but just can't figure out how to fix it. Oh well.

I would check to make sure you have the latest version of PokerTracker and that you're pointing it to the correct log directory, I think there are two (logs and log)
