I'll be writing an article in next month's CardPlayer on how to best use this move.
It is very contextual and is often misunderstood by even the most experienced players.

Wait... for a winning player to be able to correctly use this move, he must be smoking...?

Looks like a standard Action Fold to me.

As long as you are in the pot, the other two players cannot represent the ace, but if you fold they may clash and bluff so much that one gets eliminated /images/graemlins/smirk.gif

I would have at least thrown out a probe bet and then folded to a raise. Then again, why bother even stayin in the hand when the river will obviously be the 2 of spades giving someone a straight flush. Tough spot.

C'mon....you guys aren't serious, are you?

It's honestly not that big of a deal. Let's say this is a $33.....what is that double up worth? No more than $25 I'd say.

BFD.

twenty five dollars or twenty five cents, it doesn't matter, it's the principle!

I'm pretty sure villian1 had 45 /images/graemlins/spade.gif, and HERO was pretty sure the 2 /images/graemlins/spade.gif was coming on the river.

I know I'm late on this thread but, You're never going to be an expert player if you can't make a huge laydown like this one, when you KNOW, absolutely KNOW you'll be 2nd best by the river. Just ask Phil.
