Anybody know of a rakeback affiliate or site where u can get a flat amount paid out per hand played regardless of the limit, pot size etc. I thought I remember reading something like that somewhere...

NO. Rakeback is a percentage of your rake returned to you. You are not going to find anyone to give you extra money just because you play the micros. Stop asking.
