Fold preflop hand one. Your hand sucks against his hand range. Once you call preflop you are stacking period on this flop.

Second hand at least give the guy a chance to fold on the flop. The minraise isn't optimal. Calling or raising more are better lines (12-20). As it is bomb the turn and hope the guy wants to play. Probably in the 20ish range.

playing out of position with AK sucks.

hand 2, if hero thinks minraise will get him free river, this is ok. pot sized raising has problem with "if called, and villain pushes blank turn, we are kind of screwed". but if you think villain will fold wide variety of hands here, real raise is ok.

I don't mind a call in hand 2 either.
