Villan slightly on the passive side, never seen him before @ the 55+5s before. I dont really think this information matters for this particular line.

What is anyone's reasoning for doing things like this? Just fold it.

Push all-in preflop, anyway.

I should add that i've pushed all in PF in SB vs BB for maybe the passed 2/3 times.

You noted he's a passive player. Punish him for limping here before the flop when K high is likely the best. Not after the flop where you are raising the big-stack on the bubble.

If you think the bigstack is trapping you (though he likely isn't) then just check/fold.

Checking preflop and then bluffing into a bet is definatly the worst possible play that you can make here.
