I have less problem with whether they waste it than I do with the fact that they steal it to begin with.

It's obvious they are going to waste it once they get it. $500,000 for a fish painting on a plane in Alaska, $100,000,000 for melted ice cubs in NO, $236,000,000 for housing of 1800 NO victims for only 6 months on a Carnival Cruise ship. That equates to $131,111.11 per person. They could buy a [censored] house with that much money.
