View Full Version : Rookie Affiliate needs advice with PacificPoker

Hello...
I am a little new in the affiliate game but plugging along pretty well with word of mouth referrals and generating players from my 800 man mailing list of Atlanta area poker players that I built up running a home game.
The guy who got me started in affiliate programs was working with Pacific getting $150 per deposit until they cut him off for low activity and place a hand requirement on his players to meet before he got paid.
I am worried this could happen to me and am wondering if anyone has had any experience with this issue before and if so have a few questions about it.
IF PACIFIC WERE TO PLACE A HAND REQUIREMENT ON MY PLAYERS
1) Pacific displays the amount of money earned by me in the current month (right now I'm at $1900), would the hand requirement become retroactive to those players too?
2) Will Pacific send me a notice letting me know they are adding this or will they just do it with out my prior knowledge.
3) Do I have any recourse for getting my money earned before being told I have a hand requirement if they make it retroactive?

Pacific is notorious for terminating CPA affiliates without any notification. Check out 888.com's forum section at casinoaffiliateprograms.com. A bunch of affiliates were terminated instead of being paid for September.
