This was in the 100$ nl (.50/1 blinds) on pokerstars. I don't know, but I thought about this hand after. My view, now, is that the guy was just lucky, and I played it right. THoughts?

the turn brings in almost any draw in the game. So blindly pushing might not be the best idea in this pot.

Raise more preflop. I would have gone to about $12. You want to be heads up against big cards and pocket pairs, not 4 drawing hands.

I would have potted the flop and checked behind on the turn and called any reasonable river bet from villain on a non-heart river. Your turn push is only getting called by hands that beat you so I don't know what you accomplish there.

That turn was the worst possible card, it is highly likely that you are behind. If you are ahead no way a villain with a worse hand calls any bet you make.

Check behind on the turn. This push does nothing but fold worse hands. You have 9 outs to the second nut flush which is what you are drawing to at this point. If the river brings no heart, call only a modest bet and fold to a push. If the river brings a heart, see what you can get out of villain.

I assume that the villain had the flush?

I don't mind your PF raise, but i woul dhave made it about 6 dollars to go. On the flop, i'm raising a little over the pot, around 30 bucks. Turn push is only getting called by flushes, check behind.
