I don't know for sure, but I'd wager that it'd be about 5 PM GMT, which is right now.

Edit: Wait, I was thinking that EST = GMT - 5, but I don't remember if that is before or after daylight savings time is considered.

EDT = BST -5 which means that ET = UKT -5 for at least 50 and usually (I believe) 52 weeks of the year.

I think there's like 3-4 days where they're out of sync in a year, basically nothing.
