Absolute normally has bonuses all the time, i doubt many people here actually clear all of them. Should I whore absolute (haven't played here yet) or crypto skins (I really dread this network)?

It took me 2900 hands to clear InterPokers $90 monthly at $0.5/1. I felt it was worth it because I was on a luckystreak all the way and tore up the tables for 8BB/100 (11BB/100 including the bonus). I like everything about crypto except for one devestating thing; the crypto software crashes my computer about once every hour I play there. (And yes I am 100% sure its their softwares fault)

whenever someone mentions Crypto network, other people bring up Interpoker and Caribbean Sun and whine about their raked hand requirements. these two sites are the two WORST Crypto skins to try and bonus whore so don't use them as examples.

the "good" Crypto skins are the ones that give bonuses for DEALT hands (non-raked) or on an hourly basis. Poker Plex (300 dealt), Littlewoods (250 dealt), William Hill (5 hours), Totalbet (5 hours), UK Betting (5 hours), Ritz Club (5 hours - no USA players) are not only better than Absolute, they are some of the best monthly bonuses ANYWHERE on the net. in addition, the UK-based poker sites also have partner casino sites with low-WR monthly bonuses.

do the intercasino monthly bonus instead of interpoker, and skip Caribbean Sun.

every site has different age requirements, you'll have to ask support.

ok - IMO - play the Intercasino $90 bonus, you can clear it in 2-3 hours playing $2 - $5 a hand. I bet $2 and $5 after each win. If I get up a nice amount, I'll play 2-2-5-7-10.

Carribean changed thier WR, so it is not as friendly, you need to play 12,000 to get $100 - not woth it, so I save it for last and hope that I am up more a dime.

As for Absolute - the bonus lasts for 60 days, and resets every time you play. Deposit, play for a few days, cash out all but, say 200. Play every few days or so ... until the end of the month - where you can multitable your way to the bonus!

Maybe a dumb question - but have you uninstalled, then reinstalled?

Their software used to give me fits, until about 18 months ago, now it runs like clockwork. Slower than most, but I'll play there everyday!

What do you mean by that, resets every time you play?

I you play there with 60 days of your last hand, the bonus never expires. (From what I remember, I never ran into a situation where the bonus expires).

T&C:

The maximum initial deposit bonus is $200. The Bonus Amount will automatically be added to your Pending Bonus account where it will be held and automatically released to your cash account based on the following easy requirements; for each raked hand (minimum rake of $0.25) you play you will receive 1 point, and you will receive 1 point for each $1 of tournament buy-in fee. Please note that the tournament fee is now collected as a 9% of the total of the prize pool and that Pending points will be based on the fee collected rounded up to the closest whole number. For example a $10 tourney will generate $0.90 in fees, and will earn 1 point.

At 100 points $10 will be transferred from your Pending Bonus account to your cash account. Money in your pending account will expire 60 days from the time it was awarded unless it has been transferred to your real money account by meeting the hands played requirements. You can view your point total and bonus amounts at the Cashier. You will continue to earn points until you have received 100% of your bonus money. This offer is only valid for new users who have not previously made a deposit. You are only allowed one active real money account. If more than one real money account is detected you risk both player accounts being blacklisted from ever playing at Absolute Poker again.

*Points for tourney buy-in fees will be credited when tournament starts, not upon

note: for some reason I believe that as long as you play, that expiration clock resets.

I vaguely recall this being true early in the year; however, it hasn't been that way for a while. Straight 60 days from deposit now.

Good to know I wasn't the only one having that problem. It's the reason I quit playing there, and only hit the casinos now.

I only play at Absolute. I wont play anywhere else when it comes to bonuses....check BW review...3 tables X aprox. $7 a piece....21 bucks a freakin hour shothanded at 1/2 6m. I wouldnt worry about not finishing all the bonuses...you would need a 3K roll or so going in and out all the time to get all of them. BTW if you play full ring...this is by far one of the worst bonuses for you.

Why is it great for 6 max and terrible for full ring?

AP has the tightest full ring games out there. All the donks are going to 6max it seems...and not just AP but pretty much everywhere.

Bonuses always clear a lot faster playing 6max goto bonuswhores and read the site reviews for an hourly rate.

Are the absolute bonuses stackable? Like if i got the one on the tenth, and hadnt cleared it all by the 12th, could i have still got the one on the 12th?

I played a grand total of three hands at Caribbean Sun before it froze and folded my full house with a huge pot. I cashed out as soon as my PIN arrived and I won't be back.

Absolute's software is no prize winner, but it at least works.

I had problems with the crypto software on my old comp. Since I use my company's laptop ( /images/graemlins/blush.gif) I never have any problems with software. The Cryptos are very good for bonus whoring as others have mentioned here.

This forum has a clear bias towards Party (and FP2001s). Party has still the best games in town but if you lump in bonii and rake, clearly other mothers have good looking daughters as well.

I love crypto, especially their 6-max tables. BTW I was unable to open an account at Totalbet, I kept got this "system error" message, anyone has a similiar experience?

10-13-2005, 03:53 AM
if you play SH low limits, go with abs. They have tons of just TERRIBLE SH games. Also, re-desposit bonuses at abs coupled with RB get you a lot more bb/100. Plus, those two bonuses dont eat into each other.

the only problem is you only get to open 3 tables, looks like I have might to whore crypto and absolute at the same time.

I have never had a problem with TotalBet...maybe you should remove the program and re-install it?
