I usually play 109,but scince the split it"s hard to get 4 tables going at the same time. So I play 2-109 and 2-55
From what i see in a small sample size thereis a huge difference in quality of play.
My roi at the 109 through 400 was 24% through forty %55 itis 45%.I know it not realistic to keep that roi.But i see crazy pushes, and crazy calls with more than avarege stacks.
Can anyone else see the difference who played both?

Maybe four tabling, not eight... or do you think they could pull it off eight tabling?

Okie dokie.

Your right, it probably is possible.

I wasnt sure as I am still a 11 grinder.

I love the 11s, so easy to beat and not that much variance.

I'm bored, so fwiw, a 20% roi at the $11s has the same variance as a 20% roi at the $55s.

Touche. LOL!

I just like playing against overall worse players is all. /images/graemlins/smile.gif

Hey this is just my hobby, not a career! Yet, of course. LOL!

I dont mind grinding out a couple extra hundred bucks a week at the 11s. Nice spending money on the side ya know?

i think what he meant by variance was 'swings in bankroll'

a -10 swing is only -110 in 11s, but is -550 in 55s

but yeah, variance is the same

Negative. ROI and variance are not necessarily correlated. You can easily have the same ROI but a different variance. If, for example, in the 11s you always win 1 out of 4 games, you have very little variance. But if in the 50s you win 2, lose 5, win 7, and then go on to lose 22 in a row - your variance is pretty big. But in both examples you win 1 out of 4.

well, 4 tabling with even decent table selection and excellent early game and perfect bubble play will get you 20%. not a lot more, but 20% is def doable. holla
