Terrence today did not comply with pokerstars rules when sandow clearly disobeyed them to the point of removal! Examples of his chat were hatred towards blacks and gays! (that alone is enough to remove them from the site entirely)

Jacob you need to look into removing sandow's chat immediately before he gets out of hand again.
