Window openning off screen

So, I'm trying to open PT, but somehow, someway the default setting for the window is off my viewable laptop screen. The only way I can do anything in it is to maximize the window and have it cover everything. Is there any way to fix this?

Oh, and right click->move isn't doing anything to help me.

Open the application so the window is off screen, then ALT+Space, M, cursor keys to move the window, Return to accept new position. The close and re-open PT, it should be where you moved it to.

Try this on a visible window first (Notepad, browser, whatever) to see what's going on.
