How could I play this hand better to extract more chips? I rarely try to slow play because it seems to always come back to haunt me, so at times I can be too aggressive. I need to work on getting more chips out of these big hands.

I think 150 is too much. go with 100 or 90. Im sure he just had nothing. I usually bet a little on the flop so i can bet more on the turn. Ppl are terrible.

Personally in an $11 I raise slightly more preflop, but I think the line you took is fine.

There is no point getting clever with these people, just bet your hand and if they have anything at all, they will call you.

Edit: I misread this hand. I bet the flop.

Minbet the flop, if he doesnt call he blatently didnt hit anything and wants out...

then

2x minbet the turn, 90% of the time, they call the first they call the second.

then ASSUMING, no dangerous cards hit the table, play this very gently,

Pause for about 10 seconds....

Check...

If they have nothing they will check, (they would have folded)

If they had top pair per say, or 2 Mid pairs, they will go _NUTS_ and lay a big bid down, be wary of straights and flushes...go over the top on him if they arent apparent.

I make this play successfully at a very high percentage.

Its not a lot of chips, but you need to build the pot, 60 + 120 + 225 = 405

If hes going to stab it will be @ the very least 100 more then likely 200.

You go over the top of him this leaves him 450ish chips with 200 on the table, an over the top and hes 50% in and he will throw you the rest.
