I was watching tv then a plug for the local late news comes on, they say people were faking being victims of the hurricane that hit New Orleans and they showed some people being arrested. They were doing it to get their hands on relief money.

Thoughts?

Unsurprising. This type of thing happens after any disaster. When money is being thrown around people will try to grab it. Remember 9/11?

I know, but still pisses me off. I want them to receive extra punishment somehow, cant the law be extra extra harsh, I know they got a hole in the ground to stick them in somewhere. Or maybe im the only one that feels that way?

When people are giving out free money, the greatest minds in the western world come together to find a way to defraud them of it.
