He probably has ace-trash, but I look him up here small fraction of the time.

Where's the overbet?

I don't see how "idiot - makes weird plays" means he doesn't have an A here. You're not giving us much of a read here. We don't know wtf that note means.

I would fold the river. You're not really committed.

the $425 open-bet into a $380 pot after a turn check? i call that an overbet... figure most do

it means hes an idiot and is capable of making some hopeless or dangerous bluffs or heavy sandbagging. fps. you dont run across at least a couple of these people on a daily basis?

and i dont think being committed or not really has anything to do with this hand. its more simply a question of A or no A imo.

With your notes on villian, with this line, you can easily put him on an ace trying to figure out how to extract $ out of you.

He lets you lead, when you slow down, he doesn't want you getting away for free on the river.

I would fold.

he had 33

it becomes clear when i check through on the turn that i dont have an ace. with that being obvious, what would posess someone with an ace or better to bet out $425 into a $380 pot? am i the only one who recognizes this?
a good player does this... i think monster. a bad player does it... and i think bluff.
