I want to get a credit card again to build up my credit but im not sure which ones are the best. I want something thats going to have low interest rates of course. I also wouldnt mind getting one with some kinda of cash back or something. Which ones are the best out there i plan on paying them off or close to off right away.

Try to get a card that gives you bonus miles.

If you actually will be paying off your card immediately and are ONLY doing this to establish credit, then you shouldn't really care about the interest rate offered. My impression is that you could get better rewards on a card with a higher interest rate.

Many of the bonus miles cards charge you an annual fee. Annual fees suck. There are plenty of kickback cards that do not charge an annual fee (many of them through Citi).
