So I have an ASUS P4P800 Motherboard and currently:
2x256 DDR-SDRAM PC3200(512 total)

What's the best idea for an upgrade? More ram, faster ram?

I don't think your mobo supports faster RAM (ASUS is synchronizing their servers now), so I would look at adding either two more sticks of dual channel 256 (256x2=512 more) or going with two more sticks of 512 (or a gig more). I guess it depends on your budget, but I'm leaning towards the two sticks of 256, though I'm not sure what you use your pc for. I assume mainly poker?

If you really wanted to go nuts you can add a gig stick to each of the four slots you have, but after about 1 gig of ram you get diminishing returns and the money might be better spent on a new pc.

You might also consider a vid card, though on newegg it says your mobo does not support AGP or PCI-x, which leaves you a paltry choice of PCI cards. No big deal really if you're just playing poker. You can forget Doom3/Battlefield2/etc., though.

Hmm, maybe wrong results on your search? I have a Radeon AGP All in wonder 9600xt. All of those games run great, but yeah I think I'll add 2 sticks more of 256 giving me a grand total of 1 gig of ram! Thanks!

Also, so where should I get it for the best price?

I just bought a 512mb stick from newegg.com and installed it about 20 minutes ago. I searched around and they had the best prices; I'm very satisfied with the purchase.
