Sportingbet's bonus

I'm currently clearing this bonus at the micro level (.10/.20) using the method of a very high VPIP% to clear the contributed raked hand requirement quickly.

Anyways, my question is, what is the minimum rake amount needed for it to count as a "raked hand?" Is it any amount? I'm obviously not playing this to improve my poker skills (thus the high VPIP), but to complete the raked hand requirements...so I want to make sure I'm taking the right approach.

It may improve your skills, Seeing more flops = More experience in wierd situations with stranges hand.

No PT support = Actual reads.

I know it helped my game a bit. (Gave me $200 too)

Interesting approach. I guess I would think that time spent in the nano's should be time spent improving as well as bonus whoring. You will get experience either way, but my gut say's the better experience is to play your best poker and avoid developing bad habits. Good luck.

It's not going to hurt my skills, that's for sure. I just play every hand as if it were the big blind (unless of course it's a hand I would normally play). Years of "correct" poker play (it may have not all been technically correct) won't be affected by a short-term bonus clearing with poor play.

Please let me know how it goes for you. I did it by playing tight pre-flop hand selection, and it was drudgery at the $10 NL tables. Took too long to clear.

If contributing to every hand really doesn't make someone unprofitable (outside of the bonus money), then maybe I will whore the other Boss sites that way. Right now I'm not planning on whoring them.

I did my first IPN site multitabling the micro Limit and NL tables. Ended up slightly up even calling every unraised pot preflop.

Just doing a 2nd site, and I'm down about $12 doing the same, though just playing the NL tables. Clearly it's massively -EV playing this way, but then I'd rather clear the bonuses there quickly and move on to play properly elsewhere. And every 10c call preflop is worth 20c if you fold everything postflop. There's plenty of bonuses to be picked up playing properly at higher limits, but the extra cash doesn't hurt those after a little bankroll building for a few hours of "fun" play while watching TV.

I just finished the bonus at Casino.net playing $.10/$.20 limit. I saw 95-99% of the flops (I folded some hands when it was raised to me), and I ended up about $6 plus the $100 bonus over 500+ hands. I probably ran hot, but the players there are awful post-flop. I'll take 5+ bb/100 plus the bonus. I didn't keep track, but it probably took about 4-5 hours 2-tabling.

Agreed, I wouldn't really call the game you're playing to clear these bonuses poker though. I probably ran a 90%+ VP$IP clearing these bonuses and made a small profit in addition to the bonuses. If you run good, you'll make a small profit, if you run bad you'll lose a little, but the bonuses, which in my experience clear at about $30/hr more than make up for any losses. I also heard someone on here say that high VP$IP play on these sites, though not correct, is not to far from correct given that so many people are seeing flops.

Well, playing 2 or 3 tables 5c/10c NL over 2 evenings at sportingbet I cleared the bonus easily (as before, with about 95% VP$IP) - aside from the bonus cleared I made just over $30 profit from the poker. The stuff people will call down large raises with is just incredible. I'm on hundreds BB/hr. Now if only I could do that playing $100NL... anyway, more cash in the bankroll.

Does anyone know how long it takes to withdraw from Sportingbet? I heard they process NETeller withdrawals quickly, but I wasn't sure how quickly. It's been close to 24 hours so far.

Would you happen to have a list of decent bonuses that can be cleared at the nano or low-end micros in a reasonable time frame?

I cleared Paradise's bonus pretty easily at the .25/.50 level. Other than that, it seems to just be the Boss Media sites that clear at the nanolimit levels.

I have withdrawed 3 times from sportingbet all was done within 24 hours.

I just joined SportingBlub and there's only one .10/.20 limit game with a waiting list, what gives?

I'm not sure why those games have gone away, but I switched to .05/.10 NL and was very pleased.
