Suppose you are all-in before the flop against KK. What are your best holdings (looking only at ranks), and approximate odds?

AA must be best of course, and KK should come in second. What is third? My guess would be AK. You have three outs, and cripple his set chances. What comes next? Would it simply be a tie between AQ, AJ and AT?
