Party Poker Pot-Limit Hold'em, $ BB (8 handed) converter (http://www.selachian.com/tools/bisonconverter/hhconverter.cgi)

UTG+1 ($54.73)
MP1 ($12.05)
Hero ($24.05)
CO ($29.67)
Button ($2.90)
SB ($4.50)
BB ($13.10) 45+Vp$ip/21+Wtsd/0 PFR/50+hands
UTG ($30.20)

Preflop: Hero is MP2 with 7/images/graemlins/diamond.gif, 9/images/graemlins/diamond.gif. SB posts a blind of $0.10.
UTG calls $0.25, <font color="#666666">1 fold</font>, MP1 calls $0.25, Hero calls $0.25, <font color="#666666">2 folds</font>, SB (poster) completes, BB checks.

Flop: ($1.25) 4/images/graemlins/spade.gif, 7/images/graemlins/spade.gif, 9/images/graemlins/club.gif <font color="#0000FF">(5 players)</font>
SB checks, <font color="#CC3333">BB bets $0.5</font>, UTG folds, MP1 folds, <font color="#CC3333">Hero raises to $1.7</font>, SB folds, BB calls $1.20.

Is this raise proper?

Turn: ($4.65) 5/images/graemlins/spade.gif <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
BB checks, <font color="#CC3333">Hero bets $3</font>, <font color="#CC3333">BB raises to $6</font>, Hero ???

What do I do now? 1) Fold, he's out drawn me. 2)Call I either have the best hand now, or have a few redraws avalible. 3) Reraise BB all-in and eliminate the monsters in the shadows.

Typical donk, he has you beat, he doesn't haven enough money behind to continue, just fold.

I noticed a lot of people bet minimum on a draw trying to get a cheap card (people think "he bet, he must have something"). I'd raise to $2 here and check the turn hoping for showdown (unless I fill up on the river)
