Are you seeing a trend in these hands?

folds. You are playing these hands fine IMO (maybe hand 1 is fold preflop) and some times the cards just happen to fall like they have.

OK, fold the turn. Do we really need four posts to discuss AQ? You don't like it, that's OK, you're in good company. Go join Doyle and play some no limit then, I guess.

Yeah I should stop multitabling and get back to the basics

Pers, thanks for the post. I installed poker tracker this weekend and lo and behold A,Qs was a big loser of my premium hands (and the only loser). Over the next few days I will look for a hand to post, maybe between the two of us we can come up with just one hand (a good representative hand) that might generate some discussion. I need the work/help too. I think the 3 hands have people overwhelmed - too much to go through. I figured the poll was you consolidating and looking for feedback - but polls usually don't generate a lot of discussion. Sound like a plan or am I off base here?

That's probably a good idea for everyone. Single table 4-5 days each month and use that time to really analyze your play. But bonus whoring screws it up for me. I always have such a huge backlog of bonuses to clear that I can't bring myself to single table.

Anyway, I'm just moving up from micros, so I don't have much to add, but I like these threads. AQ gives everyone trouble, so I don't think 3 threads on it is excessive. These threads have something in common besides just being about AQ, and that is that there is no easy answer to the questions posed in them.

Ya. we need maybe more, because the majority of the replies are incorrect. People are playing AQ too strong and continuing unimproved virtually praying they have the best hand. Folding has zero expectation; raising has a negative expectation. Choose your path at your own peril.

Your posts have a certain hubris that sort of amuses me.
