I seem to get more 3rds than 1st and 2nds. Usually b/c I often call with any ace (bellow is an example).

Is there standard strategy for effective ITM play?

do more raising when first in pot

do less calling/raising when someone else already limped/bet into the pot

Fold every hand. You can't lose what you don't put in the middle.

What ranges of hands do you raise with vs call with?

depends on variables:

a) blinds
b) chip stacks
c) positioning
d) opps' calling/pushing ranges
e) your cards

i'd recommend www.sitngo-analyzer.com (http://www.sitngo-analyzer.com) to get eastbay's sngpt ICM program...u can then analyze situations and figure out what ranges u can push/call with in different scenarios
