wow i only have 360

There always seem to be better (or easier to clear) bonuses out there that it seems like I'm never going to get around to clearing the Stars bonuses.

$400 right now, after this reload it'll be what $550 or $600? I forget if this latest reload is max $200 or $150

Is 2/4 the lowest feasible limit?

Took me 6 hours to clear 120 two tabling 2/4 O8, I'd double that for HE and add even more time for the lower limits.

Because FPPs are awarded based on the actual rake taken in (as opposed to being automatically awarded if a hand has been raked at all), the larger limits let you clear a lot quicker.

360 + 150

Pokerstars bonus is easy to clear playing 2/4 $ SH. Games are practically as soft as in Crypto.

$390

I have just started to clear it this week.
(I still play .5/1.00 Why because it would appear I still suck 35,000 hands and still in the red -0.08/100bb)

It doesn't clear nearly as fast as party but in 3 hours of 4 tabling I nailed 230 FFP. The games are very tight. VPIP was around 19%, unreal.

Any way I figure after the boni I get a couple of shirts or something.

Just take the time to learn and play some SNGs. $20+2 is 10 pts per game, each game is on average 30 min, if you 6 table thats 120 FFP/hour. Covers your rake.

PS was my first online account and I payed it exclusivly for a couple of years so clearing a bonus here doesn't seem like work.

I'd clear y'all bonuses for you and give you 20%, but you might steal my cash /images/graemlins/smile.gif

I play 5/10 so the stars bonus is actually one of the best around.

better bonuses? 20 cents per qualifying raked hand is as good as it gets out there.

but I understand as far as having to play at least $2/4 in order to clear efficiently. I was a fraidy cat for a long time before finally improving to 3BB+/100 at 50c/$1 and $1/2 at all the other sites, confident enough to move up. now is probably the best time to try $2/4 at Stars due to the influx of new players brought in from the WSOP and refugees from other sites. these games aren't quite baby-soft yet, but they are significantly better than they were even a year ago. coupled with the high bonus and good rake structure, it's the best place to try out this limit.

I got around $400. Since I play little on stars, and hardly play limit, it takes a while to clear.

At least they will unlock the bonus in one lump sum.

I've been a member of stars for about a year. Didn't play until they offered the WCOOP bonus though. Before that, I didn't see any other bonuses...are these from previous years?

Wow, you just beat me. I stacked again today and started playing off all those dollars. Five tabling the $2NL it goes pretty fast, over $20 an hour. That's a nice little hourly bonus.

I had $510 but it's down to $150... Stars rocks!!! For some reason I just play better there. Maybe it's because i'm not worrying about rakeback.

Is that because you make bad decisions knowing that you are getting money back on RB sites that will offset some of the mistakes?

Rakeback site decision: "Hmmm. Pot is offering me 4:1 to draw to my gutshot. Hell, I'll call. I'm getting rakeback!"

Non-Rakeback site decision: "No way I'm drawing to this gutshot! I'm not getting rakeback at this site."

Quick question, if I've still got bonuses pending over at stars, and I cash out are the bonuses still OK to clear, i.e. they don't get cancelled do they? Maybe a stupid question, I don't know?

stars bonuses don't expire.

You must wait 48 hours after depositing before withdrawal of funds or the bonus goes away. Otherwise, the bonus never expires.
