Villain has been aggressive and re-raised me all-in on the few times I've raised. I've folded each time. He has the chip stack to back it up, so he could be full of it.

I didn't know how to play each street here. I didn't want to raise PF in fear that he'd come back over the top.

On the flop I felt there were too many draws I had to protect against. What do you think?

This has to scare you a bit that there is a raise from utg (maybe not so much if he's as loose as you say) and a call. AQ is beating you here and there are soooooooo many draws that can kill you too. Do not bet here even though it seems so tempting. KQ makes second best hand way too often.
