I made several mistakes

I had intended to purchase a 3% holding of NVI (national vision inc). Unfortunatly due to stupidity I put in the order twice (dont ask). As a consequence I now own 6% of the company. My question is this, If I sell 1.1% of the shares next week do I still need to file with the SEC?

Interesting question, I don't know what the timeframe is for filing. You might have to and just write that was a mistake.

i would call them. as far as i know you do. its nothing to fool around with if you make a mistake.
