When you try to cash out, it says that if you haven't made a wager with the sports book, you can only cash out in the same way as you made your deposit (in my case, Visa).

I read that many people on 2+2 transfer from poker to sports book to do a withdrawl. If you do it that way, can you use neteller?

Thanks.

hmmm i moved 50$ from poker to sports just as a tester, but after that, I don't have an option to move to neteller?

I'd guess that you have to cash out the original amount you deposited to the same funding source you deposited with (in your case, Visa) and then you can probably cash the rest out via NETeller.

Contact support via the web site's internal e-mail thingy--they're usually pretty responsive.

I just did this two hours ago. Move it all to the sportsbook and you can cash out.

NO. If you have never made any sort of bet of Euro then you can't withdraw through Neteller if you deposited with Visa. I'm not sure what counts as a wager. Try throwing $5 on one hand of BJ and maybe it will let you w/d through Neteller?

Or if he has $50 laying around in neteller then couldn't he just deposit that into euro...and then cash it right out?

Call them or use the e-message service to contact them and explain what you want to do. I'm pretty sure that they will let you cash out any way you like after the originally deposited amount has gone back to your Visa card.

Don't expect them to be quick though. Be prepared to go through the same explanation/request several times before someone finally does what you want. They will straighten it out in the end.

Oh, they might ask you to send them a copy of your drivers licence and your credit card. This always makes me nervous but they do it all the time.

Guy.
