View Full Version : Intertops re my cashout: "Problem with the gateway"

This morning at 2:10am I withdraw everything I had from my Intertops poker account and put it into the sportsbook (to be then moved to Neteller when it gets there). Still no sign of it at 7:40EST so I called them(866-546-0406). They said that they are aware of the cashout problem and that it is a problem with the "gateway" (whatever a gateway is but I get it) and it should be resolved tomorrow. I didn't even bother trying to grill her over the whole situation over the phone...yet. I did ask if they EXPECT the situation to be resolved tomorrow and she said yes. If my money does not come tomorrow, I'm calling every single hour.

Anyone else have any problem or were successful with intertops?

I initiated my cashout yesterday at about 7 pm.. Still not showing in the sportsbook. Pay-Pro "where's my money" shows IN PROCESS -status. So Intertops is not the reason of the delay.

Gateway? Hmm.. Maybe.. Probably Pay-Pro's just busy or running out of cash temporarily, though

This is probably the first time they've ever been deluged with thousands of simultaneous withdrawal requests.

Any news HoldeEmKillah?

Is there ANYONE here, who has cashed out from Intertops Poker to Sportsbook successfully after the Party separation?
Notice I'm not talking about the transfer from Intertops Sportsbook to Neteller, which I know takes days, I'm talking about the Pay-Pro process which has always been just as fast as with all the other skins..
