AK on kjx flop- in 1st major tourny

pcaific 100+10 717 players, 4th round (BB=100):
hero (t3800) raises 3bb (300) utg+2 with Ad Kc, CO raises to 500, SB calls, hero calls, pot= 1600.

flop: Kd Jh 5s
SB checks, hero bets 900, Co folds SB calls

Turn: 2d
SB checks (fast, t1600), hero goes allin.

it's my first tourny for such stakes, no clue on the "right" moves.

looks standard to me. u could push pf after that action as a type of squeeze play but other than that i like how u played it.

there's nothing wrong with how you played it,i'd have been alot more aggressive myself,reraising preflop when the opportunity arised,but i'm crazy with ak,and go broke or double up with it most of the time!i just rather get my chips in preflop ,so i can be sure i'll be seeing all 5 cards,or give my opponents a chance to fold preflop,and take down a nice pot without a showdown.
i think in this raised pot,your at risk to run into kj or jj,and even 55.
i'm certainly committed to the pot like you did after the k comes off,i'd have bet pot,and if that got called,i'd know i was in trouble,but still would be pushing the turn.

he called my allin bet, x on river, he showed the jj.
should i've gone allin preflop?
